Where are you?

8905 Greenwood Rd, Greenwood, LA 71033. Greenwood is on I-20 just west of Shreveport, so it is a straight run out of town.

How do I find out if my date is open?

Send the date through the request form and Victoria calls you back, or call her directly. There is no online calendar, because a date is not really held until the two of you have spoken.

What does it cost?

Victoria quotes you for your day when she calls. We deliberately do not print a starting price, because a number that ignores your date, your guest count and how you want the room set up is not a real number.

How many people fit?

That depends entirely on how the room is laid out for you — seated dinner, rows of chairs and a stage, or vendor tables all take different space. Victoria will tell you what works for your guest count.

Can I come and look before I decide?

Yes, and you should. Walking the room is step three for a reason. Bring whoever is helping you plan.

Do you hold your own events?

Yes. The venue runs public event days, and they are listed on the events page. They are free to walk into unless the listing says otherwise.

What is the guest book?

At our own public events, everyone who comes in signs in — on a tablet at the door or on their own phone. It takes ten seconds, it enters you for the door prize, and it is how we tell you about the next one. We only text you if you tick the box.
